IARTC Publication Payment Guide
This guide applies to journals hosted by IARTC that list a publication fee in their journal settings.
Important: No submission fee is charged. Authors should submit manuscripts first. A publication fee is requested only after final editorial acceptance.
Publication Flow
- Prepare the manuscript using the journal template and submit it through OJS.
- The editorial office performs an initial screening for scope, formatting, and completeness.
- Eligible manuscripts proceed to peer review.
- If the manuscript is accepted, the editorial office requests the final source files and signed copyright form.
- After acceptance, the author receives a payment request through the journal workflow or direct editorial instruction.
- Production begins after payment confirmation and receipt of all required files.
Current Fee
The standard publication fee currently configured for IARTC journals is USD 80 per accepted paper, unless a journal-specific notice states otherwise.
Payment Method
Accepted manuscripts are processed using the payment method configured in the journal system. Authors should follow the payment instructions issued for their accepted manuscript record and keep the manuscript ID available when paying or corresponding with the editorial office.
